This is a memento of Professor Katsutoshi Naito, president of the Nagasaki Medical College Hospital, who died in the atomic bombing. His wife, Sachiko, donated this memento upon her grandchild’s enrollment at the Nagasaki Medical College Hospital.
This identification card was donated on behalf of Mrs. Naito by the late Professor’s student, Professor Kazumasa Nishimori. More of Professor Naito’s mementos were donated to the Scientific Data Center for the Atomic Bomb Disaster at the Nagasaki University School of Medicine.
